Join our hotel team as a Convention Sales Coordinator (m/f/d) for the Munich Marriott City West!

Planning down to the smallest detail - that's what counts! We want our guests to feel completely comfortable with us and know that their event is in good hands. You communicate with all areas of the hotel and ensure that every event is planned and prepared from A to Z - not even the smallest detail escapes you.

Your responsibilities include:

• Professional planning of conferences, private events, congresses, and group bookings (rooms).
• Facilitating clear and professional communication about processes and procedures of the events with all departments.
• Being present with the guests & customers. I.e. house tours, personal meetings, and also on the day of the event, guests always know that they can contact you and your team.
• Contracting and invoicing of events and group bookings.
• Being a real team player with all hotel departments and the leadership team.

• Relevant work experience in the hotel or banqueting sector in the hotel industry.
• Detail-oriented and creative.
• Fantastic appearance, charming, and convincing with your professionalism.
• A communication talent with good German and English language skills.
• Your winning appearance, your can-do attitude, and hands-on mentality are a natural part of your personality.
• You speak German and English fluently.
• You have a work permit for the EU/Germany.
