Minimum three years in sales and marketing or a related leadership role.
Core Responsibilities?
- Developing & Executing Sales Strategies
- Lead the sales team in understanding and implementing effective strategies across all segments.
- Partner with management to create a sales plan targeting revenue, customers, and market growth.
- Drive promotional initiatives and ensure successful implementation.
- Maximizing Revenue
- Provide leadership to ensure the property achieves maximum revenue potential.
- Set clear booking and revenue goals for the team and monitor performance.
- Managing Sales Operations
- Oversee daily sales activities, approve catering space releases, and support operational execution of business.
- Participate in key client meetings and sales calls to secure new business.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management to analyze market trends and financial data for informed decision-making.
- Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service
- Lead by example in guest service excellence and brand standards.
- Engage with key clients and associates to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- Building Relationships & Representation
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales missions, and customer events to drive brand awareness.
- Human Resource Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to achieve business objectives.
