About the Role

Duties

The position is accountable for proactively and reactively coordinating and managing event details, dealing with client requests from the Sales Phase to the Post Event Phase

Soliciting and handling sales opportunities for events at The Ritz-Carlton, Perth

Assists in leading all day-to-day activities related to events sales with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives

Monitor and develop performance review for pre & post events to provide recommendation

Liaising with marketing and other division of the hotels in building successful relationships that generate event sales opportunities and result in events exceeding guest expectations

Using knowledge of market trends and target customer information to maximize revenue
