Food & Beverage Sales Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Food & Beverage Sales Executive to join our team, dedicated to growing revenue across our restaurants and bars. This role is responsible for generating covers, driving private dining and social events, building partnerships, and creating memorable dining experiences from first contact through post-visit engagement.
As a Food & Beverage Sales Executive, you will play a key role in maximizing revenue opportunities while ensuring seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and operations.
What You'll Do
Business Development & Sales
- Proactively generate business for restaurants and bars, including private dining, group bookings, and social events
- Identify and secure new corporate, lifestyle, and social accounts to drive covers, pre-bookings, and repeat business
- Build partnerships with local businesses, concierge networks, influencers, and event planners
- Stay on top of market trends, dining habits, and competitor offerings to uncover new opportunities
- Apply creative selling techniques to increase average spend, packages, and experiences
- Collaborate with marketing and digital channels to drive awareness, reservations, and footfall
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular guests, VIPs, corporate clients, and community partners
- Represent the brand through networking events, activations, tastings, and industry gatherings
- Act as a lifestyle ambassador, understanding client preferences and curating tailored dining experiences
- Develop loyalty through personalized engagement and consistent follow-up
Event & Experience Coordination
- Manage inquiries for private dining, celebrations, and bar events from initial contact to execution
- Prepare proposals, menus, and booking agreements aligned with venue concepts
- Coordinate closely with restaurant and bar operations teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Be present during key events to ensure quality and guest satisfaction
- Identify upselling opportunities (premium seating, beverage packages, enhancements)
Strategy & Planning
- Contribute to restaurant and bar sales strategies aligned with revenue and brand positioning goals
- Support forecasting of covers, events, and revenue streams
- Analyze booking trends, peak periods, and guest behavior to optimize sales efforts
- Drive same-day and last-minute reservations through proactive outreach and partnerships
Guest Experience
- Deliver exceptional service aligned with brand standards and positioning
- Ensure every guest interaction is engaging, personalized, and memorable
- Gather feedback and identify opportunities to enhance the dining experience
- Champion a vibrant atmosphere that reflects the brand identity
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English
- A confident, outgoing personality with a passion for food, beverage, and social experiences
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Understanding of restaurant and bar operations and trends
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- A proactive mindset with strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Experience in hospitality, event management, or sales; restaurant experience is preferred but not required
