Pier One Sydney Harbour, an Autograph Collection Hotel is seeking a Weddings Sales Executive to drive exceptional results and deliver unforgettable experiences for our clients. This is an opportunity to work with an iconic brand in a role that combines strategic sales with event excellence.

As Weddings Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process for weddings and social events, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction. There is also scope to move into corporate sales should you be interested. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to achieving revenue targets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Achieve and exceed sales goals and budgets for weddings and social events.
• Manage the full client journey from initial inquiry through to event delivery.
• Conduct professional site inspections, host evening entertainment and create familiarisation and closing dinners/events.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective negotiation.
• Maintain strong knowledge of local market trends and competitor offerings.

• Previous experience in wedding or event sales within hospitality or a related industry.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• You strive to learn more and are open to developing your communication skills.
