As a Specialist Leisure Planning, a typical day will include:
- Engages guests in conversation regarding their stay, property services, and area attractions/offerings.
- Provides attraction, theme park, and event tickets for sale to all guests and uses effective sales techniques to drive sales volume.
- Offers tickets to local attractions, theme parks, and events for sale to guests.
- Provides relevant information about the Sales Presentation Tour and answers any questions about the tour.
- Provides concierge services to all location guests and encourages participation in a Sales Presentation Tour.
Guest Experience and Company Standards
- Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
- Contribute to team goals.
- Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
To Become a Specialist Leisure Planning:
- Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
- Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that weigh up to 25lbs without assistance.
- Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
