Job Title

Contributing to the success of the organization and sales distribution site by effectively using sales techniques and processes to convert potential owners into buyers and recharge owners. Developing relationships with potential owners by soliciting and following up on references and prospects. Adapt the sales experience to the individual needs and preferences of each potential owner and follow the sales contract process to ensure that all required documents and legally required documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain customer relationship once the sale is completed to ensure ongoing satisfaction of owners with the organization and to develop future business opportunities (e.g., recharges, referrals, additional sales).

Candidate Profile

Education and Experience

Required: High school education English and Italian proficiency

Preferred: One year of similar experience French proficiency Mastery of another language such as Arabic/German

Selected candidates will be ready to: Work evenings (occasionally) Be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed

Job Specific Tasks

Build and maintain a client base Respond to owner questions about the use of properties and amenities of the location; make recommendations based on basic information obtained about the owner through discovery Follow up on owner references/prospects Respond to owner or prospect requests regarding pricing, property maps, property descriptions, room location, and portfolio/network information Contact owners to monitor satisfaction, be aware of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities (e.g., referrals) Develop and maintain records of client contacts and use this information to support effective follow-up opportunities Monitor the processing of contracts to minimize termination decisions, provide full assurance to the owner, and ensure the speed of closures Follow and adhere to the consultative sales process when presenting to owners and guests Establish trust with potential owners and owners throughout the sales process to establish a continuous relationship Discover the needs of potential owners and owners through a series of strategically layered questions/discussions and use the information to personalize the sales presentation Provide owners and potential owners a tour of the sales gallery, property, and specific model at their sales distribution site Explain the characteristics, benefits, and advantages of the product and recommend the appropriate number of weeks/points to meet the current and future needs of future owners and owners Ensure a clear understanding of financing options and present as an ownership approach Prepare for daily meetings (e.g., review visit sheet, owner history, presentation details, etc.) Follow up on in-person interaction with emails, phone calls, or mail and facilitate the use of Vacation Ownership Advisor Respond to owner and customer questions regarding product information, maintenance issues, financing, maintenance, repairs, and assessments Use, demonstrate, and/or coordinate virtual tour software (e-Tour) for guests

Conduct and manage business transactions

Ensure complete and accurate processing of sales-related documents Review contract details with potential owners and owners once they decide to purchase Carefully review loan requests and financial documents with the client and ensure they are completed correctly Work with management to minimize cancellations, provide full assurance to the owner, and ensure the speed of closures Analyze problems and formulate a strategy and plan to overcome challenges related to the timely completion of work with a high level of quality Complete a comprehensive purchase worksheet at the end of each sale Contact and influence the inherited owners and owners of one year on two to register, upgrade, and maximize all recharge opportunities Respond and monitor the resolution of customer and owner requests in a timely manner with accurate information Leverage resources to provide service to customers and owners (e.g., N.O.R.A) effectively

Manage time effectively to assist with meetings/calls, training sessions, and guest/owner appointments Demonstrate a full understanding of the organization's culture and processes Improve the sales presentation approach through personal development, practice, and lessons learned from feedback provided by others Participate in formal training sessions offered by management Attend regular team meetings and gatherings
