2026 Marsh China Early Career & Graduate Program

We are seeking talented individuals to join our 2026 Marsh China Early Career & Graduate Program. This role will be based in Shenzhen. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Marsh is currently seeking graduates to join our award-winning Early Career & Graduate Program starting in July 2026. What you need to have?

• Master/Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates who will graduate before July 2026.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
