We are looking for a talented individual to join our Sales team at Mercer, focused on starting your professional development in consulting by generating and developing new business from the beginning. Initially, your main function will be through business intelligence, identifying potential clients, generating a first conversation in which you will be accompanied at all times by a specialist consultant. A function that will allow you to know and apply different business methodologies both for the search and analysis of relevant information about the companies to be contacted, as well as for the generation of that first conversation. Providing you with a deep knowledge of the market, as well as the optimal tools to identify, follow and achieve complex consultancy projects in the medium and long term.

We will count on you to:

• Business intelligence, identifying new target companies.
• Generation of first meetings and preparation of the same
• Assistance to meetings and identification of opportunities with a senior
• Follow-up and closure of opportunities with a senior
• Follow-up of events
• Participation in commercial actions
• Follow-up of leads

What you need to have:

• Studies: ADE, Economics, Law, Marketing, Commercial, Sales, Psychology,…etc.
• Studies finalized or last course, with few subjects, final degree project, postgraduate or master
• Good level of English
• Knowledge of office tools (MS Office)
• Valuable commercial experience, business development or sales in the insurance sector, services,…etc.
