What You Do
Your Education and Experience
Life and Health license required and maintained with continuing education and all or some parts of one or more professional designations Ability to provide strong leadership, mentoring and training to other members of team At least five years of direct related experience Strong speaking and presentation skills Flexibility and creativity for developing innovative and customized business solutions Must be willing to travel as required Ability to sell and/or influence decision making of others Must have strong benefits technical knowledge, including an understanding of all forms of coverage and plan alternatives Extremely organized with a strong attention to detail and follow through. Sense of urgency and works well under pressure Analytical-technically oriented Highly Proficient in MS Office The employee is responsible for adherence to the stated expectations of the E&O Plus Quality Management Program

The applicable base salary range for this role is $93,100 to $173,400. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
