Marsh McLennan Companies Turkey is launching a new project of "Sales Graduate Academy" based in the Istanbul office! We are seeking high-potential new graduates for a 1 year opportunity.

The Sales Graduate Academy is aimed at recent graduates interested in starting their commercial careers in insurance brokerage and strategic risk consulting. Technical training sessions will alternate with on-the-job training, with support from a Buddy/Mentor, along with active involvement from senior specialist colleagues throughout the professional growth journey.

We count on you to:

  • Support the goal of growth in sales of Marsh Business through activities such as new business development and analysis of local markets, including: Developing business with new clients: market research, and cold calling (initial phone contact) to potential prospects to develop effective sales proposals; Building and maintaining relationships with clients, serving as the contact for their daily needs; Understanding and supporting the changing conditions of the insurance market and risk management; Ensuring compliance with company protocols and local regulatory requirements; Understanding clients' risk exposure and supporting senior colleagues in advising on insurance strategies and managing client portfolios.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree 2025 in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Social Sciences and International Business or a related field
  • Interest in building a career in Sales
  • Ability to work 5 days a week
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of MS Office Tools
