Senior Sales Support Coordinator

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh Insurance Brokers team at Marsh Malaysia. This role will be based in KL Corporate office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This is an initial 12-months FTE with a view to become a fulltime role.

Your role will drive revenue growth and efficiency by analyzing sales data, optimizing processes, and managing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). You will produce performance reports, create forecasts, and set territory/quota plans to improve sales productivity and provide actionable insights into leadership. Your typical day-to-day activities may involve meeting with sales teams to troubleshoot process bottlenecks. Reviewing monthly sales progress against KPIs. Updating Salesforce dashboards with the latest pipeline data, and analyzing lead flow with the marketing team.

We will count on you to:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Developing and maintaining dashboards to track key sales metrics such as conversion rates, pipeline health, and win/loss ratios.
  • CRM & Technology Management: Maintaining MPower CRM integrity, including workflow improvements, data management, and automating sales processes.
  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Assisting with territory planning, quota setting, and capacity planning to ensure sales goals are met.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying bottlenecks and streamlining sales workflows to increase team productivity.
  • Performance Evaluation: Analyzing sales rep performance and providing data-driven recommendations to management.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partnering with marketing, finance, and product teams to align sales strategies and improve lead quality.

What you need to have:

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in either Business or Finance or any related field
  • Ideally, someone with sales support experience
  • Excellent communication and numerical skills with a proven track record of providing a high level of customer service
  • Someone proficiency in data analysis, data modeling, and reporting tools.
  • Hands on expertise in CRM systems (MPower) and Microsoft Excel Sheets.
  • Ideally with experience with tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
