The KAE will be directly accountable for managing around 50 customers. He/She will be in charge of implementing a customer centric approach embracing and developing different profiles, creating personalized solutions to satisfy these customer's demands while building a more efficient and effective business with DDM manager. This function plays a key role for developing key customer both commercial and key opinion leaders profile. Is constantly working on mastering the benefits of our portfolio, its particular technical strengths, and competitive advantage in order to create strategies that will allow to position our brand as the Reference in Key Customers, particularly working on Drive territories. This position is in charge to ensure that Sales flow processes are followed including initiatives across DDM Monterrey.
Key Responsibilities
Job Specifications/Qualifications MVZ or Administration-MKT with proven experience in pet market. Previous experience of at least 3 years as Sales Consultive Associate, dealing with Key Customers. Master Sales skills and capabilities including demonstrated ability in conducting demand planning, establishing client oriented action plans, leading numeric distribution, KPI implementation and follow up, and measuring ROI. Requires strong verbal and written communications skills in Spanish and English (French a plus) Capable of Standing alone. What can you expect from Mars?
