Your tasks:

• Supporting the key account management in customer and annual meetings, budget planning, and daily operations
• Conducting independent price, product, and sales analyses with the derivation of corresponding measures
• Maintaining conditions in the system, creating quarterly invoices, and monitoring budgets
• Planning promotions and managing product availability in collaboration with the key account manager
• Participating in projects to develop marketing mechanisms (e.g., bundles, multibuy promotions)
• Working with shopper marketing to plan customer-specific POS and retail media activities
• Engaging directly with our customers on specialized topics
• Building a strong internal network through close collaboration with different company departments – an excellent foundation for your further career at Mars

Your profile:

• Completed university degree, ideally in business administration
• Initial relevant professional experience in sales, marketing, controlling, or a comparable function
• Affinity for numbers, team spirit, and strong communication skills
• Proficient use of MS Excel (formulas, tables, etc.) and PowerPoint
• Self-initiative, proactivity, and enjoyment in driving topics forward independently
• Very good German and English language skills in speech and writing
