Required:

  • Ukrainian language – native speaker level, and fluent English.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in modern methods of information delivery and training (e-learning).
  • High level user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driver’s license category ‘B’.
  • Experience in active driving for at least 6 months.
  • Experience in public speaking and presentations.
  • Excellent presentation skills.

Job Responsibilities:

For sales teams in the sales department:

  • Develop, implement, and lead the process of developing functional competencies in the Company;
  • Determine the need for functional training and development of sales department employees, agree on training plans with line managers of the sales department;
  • Compile and execute a training plan of activities (hereinafter – field trainings and audits, classroom and online trainings) based on the development priorities of employees and the territory;
  • Monitor the execution of the training plan;
  • Participate in the implementation of the orientation program for new employees of the Company’s sales department;
  • Formulate standards for conducting field visits aimed at performing a sequence of visits in retail outlets and achieving key performance parameters in territories (hereinafter referred to as field trainings and audits) and train employees of the sales department of the Company in these standards;
  • Conduct an analysis of the performance of field standards for SPT, VET, PRO channels (quality, quantitative goals);
  • Participate in the development of motivational programs for the sales team;
  • Lead, update, adapt for specific functions and/or develop and conduct basic courses on sales skills and negotiation techniques;
  • Develop and implement new courses, training programs related to the specifics of selling TM Royal Canin products in accordance with the needs of the sales department and marketing focuses of the Company (product sales - SPV, work with objections, etc., block of work with objections in trainings on quality and myths about nutrition, etc.);
  • Analyze the effectiveness of the training process, adjust the focus of training if necessary;
  • Provide expert and advisory role for line managers of the sales department in the formation and filling of development plans with functional competencies;
  • Develop new training materials (courses, trainings) that meet the needs of the sales department (Perfect Store, Picture of Success, etc.).

Together with sales managers, participate in the development of the sales department’s training plan for sales skills.

Develop and adapt basic training materials for sales methods based on global materials.

Conduct regular field visits to sales locations together with sales department employees to develop, analyze, and monitor the acquired knowledge and skills within the framework of functional competencies through joint field trainings and audits.

Participate in the organization of PSR department events.

Be a center of functional expertise in the sales department, collect best practices, and also adapt and implement them within the scope of responsibility.

Develop, conduct, and implement projects to develop functional competencies and skills of employees of the sales department, the efficiency of sales teams, and the distribution of main responsibilities, in accordance with the orders of the immediate manager.
