Are you tenacious and have experience building trusted relationships? Do you love the craft of sales, especially complex enterprise-level sales? The Account Executive, Mid Market is responsible for growing sales in ~40 accounts within Autodesk's Construction business. This job is assigned a sales quota and performance is measured by meeting quarterly and annual targets by up-selling, add-on sales, and cross-selling. This position is remote and reports to the Mid Market Sales Manager for the Northeast US region. The assigned territory is predominantly in the NY/NJ metro area, with about 25% of accounts in eastern Canada. You'll be a trusted advisor for customers. You'll increase sales by expanding renewals and displacing competitive products. This is a rare opportunity to join Autodesk's fast-growth construction business. Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $221,300 and $320,320. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
