Sales And Strategic Planning
This position will be responsible for growing top line sales, profit and market share for district customer(s) within an assigned territory. This position will also be responsible for the long-term strategic planning, development, and implementation of business plans to expand and develop new business opportunities. Success will be achieved by developing and capitalizing on relationships with customers/buying teams and developing and implementing pricing/promotional programs to help drive sales for customers. This position will also work with other cross functional teams which may include Enterprise Roofing Solutions Team, Technical and Marketing. Additional responsibilities include P&L analysis, budget management, key negotiations, and CRM utilization. These candidates will support roof coating sales through Sherwin Williams, Uniflex and Kool Seal brands through PSG stores. Candidate is responsible for territory coverage.
