CommScope is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to grow our Cable and Connectivity Solutions (CCS) Business Unit. This is an individual contributor field sales role, responsible for selling CommScope products, services, or solutions into MD, VA, WVA, DE and Washington DC territory. The role involves virtual work with up to 50% travel, focusing mainly on Tier 1 MSO and Tier 1 Telco companies.

The expected salary range (base and sales incentive plan) for this position is $138k- $207K. The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company's Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for 11 paid holidays in a full calendar year, paid vacation (prorated based on start date), and other leave options.
