Sodexo is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Training Content to lead the design and delivery of dynamic, multi-format training programs for Sodexo's North America Commercial Sales organization. What You'll Do

Design and create engaging, high-quality training content, including presentations, e-learning modules, and supporting materials. Build micro-learnings for quick, targeted training delivery. Along with create & manage assessments to measure learning outcomes. Develop and deliver training on AI tools and emerging technologies to increase productivity and sales effectiveness. Oversee development, implementation, and track completion rates of e-learning content in a learning management system (LMS). Support sales enablement efforts for new product or market launches through tailored content and targeted training.
