Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Executive to lead our ZAAF retail shop at National Harbor and DCA Airport. The Senior Sales Executive will oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, manage the sales team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, a passion for storytelling, and a proven track record in retail management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Customer Experience
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and brand storytelling.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and coach the team to exceed targets.
  • Team Leadership and Training
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate sales associates.
  • Provide coaching and performance feedback to build a strong, customer-focused team.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that reflects ZAAF’s values.
  • Operations and Inventory
  • Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and POS accuracy.
  • Oversee inventory control, restocking, and monthly reconciliation.
  • Ensure merchandising standards are maintained to align with brand identity.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and retail best practices.
  • Administration and Reporting
  • Prepare and submit monthly inventory reports to the CEO.
  • Collaborate with leadership on promotions, events, and visual merchandising.

Qualifications

- 10-15 years of retail management or supervisory experience (luxury or lifestyle brands preferred).

- Proven ability to drive sales, meet targets, and lead teams effectively.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Passion for fashion, culture, and ethical craftsmanship.

- Proficient in POS systems (Square preferred) and basic reporting.
