Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on warm leads. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate new business. Qualify leads and schedule in-home or virtual consultations.
Customer Engagement: Build rapport with homeowners to understand their renovation needs. Present the company’s home improvement services clearly and persuasively. Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and timelines.
Sales Process Execution: Guide prospects through the sales funnel from initial contact to close. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with field sales reps and project managers to ensure a seamless handoff.
Performance & Reporting: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Track and report on key performance metrics. Continuously improve sales techniques through training and feedback.
