The Internal Sales Consultant collaborates with a team that includes a wholesaler and a relationship manager to educate financial advisors about retirement plans, focusing on 401(k) offerings, and to integrate John Hancock's retirement solutions into their product portfolios. The ISC identifies needs and delivers solutions that align with the priorities of both the company's key decision-makers and the financial advisors. Partnering with a Regional Vice President, the ISC will proactively manage and develop their territory, primarily through phone, email, and web interactions. They will use their discretion and judgment to strategically oversee their territory, offering insights, practice management ideas, and marketing support to registered representatives within the designated area.
