Sales Manager

Cintas is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Representatives who are focused on new business-to-business account development. Responsibilities include hiring, training, motivating and managing Sales Representatives to achieve specific new business goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. The majority of the Sales Manager's time is spent in the field with Sales Representatives and developing new business customer accounts. Cintas provides a thorough training program, including product knowledge and development of our company sales process.

Required:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience in recruiting, hiring and training
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and intranet/internet
  • High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred

Preferred:

  • Sales management experience
  • 2-5 years' outside sales experience
  • New business-to-business account development experience
  • Industrial sales experience
  • Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted

Compensation:

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $120,000 - $170,000/Year and is a combination of base salary, and annual target bonus, plus earned commissions. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, performance, and other business and organization needs.
