As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for hitting sales targets and managing all activities in your assigned accounts. You’ll develop strong business relationships with your customers and handle all marketing and merchandising efforts. Essentially, you’ll be the business manager for your accounts, coordinating all company activities to ensure success. This position is commission-based, with an estimated annual commissions range of $60,800. In addition to commissions, the role is eligible for Pay for Performance compensation with an 80% attainment target of $16,800/year. Finally, you may be eligible for supplier-based incentives as well.
