Role Overview

Drive recurring revenue growth across North America, LATAM, and Brazil by managing and expanding renewal contracts. Own renewal revenue, margin, and retention performance within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Renewal Revenue Growth

  • Manage renewal opportunities and achieve quarterly targets
  • Negotiate contract value increases and term extensions
  • Drive win-back initiatives

Customer Management

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Partner with Sales and Aftercare to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Address inquiries throughout the renewal cycle

Pipeline & Forecasting

  • Manage renewal funnel in Salesforce
  • Proactively handle renewals expiring within 60 days
  • Ensure accurate renewal documentation and invoicing

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with Sales, Configuration, Licensing, and Order teams
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on renewal status and risks

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 2 years of experience in the Flexographic Printing industry (sales or operator). Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. Proficient in Excel and Word. Salesforce experience preferred.
