- The Associate Business Development Representative will engage with prospective customers via email, phone, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- The role involves generating new business opportunities that lead to closed/won opportunities while working closely with the Real Estate Account Executive team.
- Maintaining high outbound calling activity to qualify opportunities and follow up with leads promptly is a key responsibility.
- The candidate will be responsible for ongoing prospecting and warm-calling potential clients within the assigned sales territory.
- The position requires working towards various KPIs and targets, including call volumes, setting appointments, and revenue pipeline management.

- The ideal candidate should have 0-12 months of experience in Inside Sales or Sales Development, preferably in consumer electronics, hardware, or SaaS software products.
- Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves engaging with prospective customers through various channels.
