Sales Support Coordinator

The Sales Support Coordinator provides essential operational and administrative support to the VP of Business Development and the Business Development team. This role is responsible for managing CRM data, coordinating partner onboarding logistics, preparing reports, and assisting with lead tracking and internal communications. The coordinator helps ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the sales department and supports the VP of Sales with tasks and strategic initiatives as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Support the VP of Sales and Business Development team with lead intake, tracking, and assignment.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring all contact details, activity logs, and statuses are up to date.
- Monitor pipeline activity and follow up on outstanding items to support deal progression.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries.
- Assist with onboarding new Business Development team members, ensuring system access and documentation are complete.
- Provide direct support to the VP of Sales and Business Development Team with, preparing presentations and sales decks, organizing and tracking strategic initiatives.
- Conducting research and compiling data for decision-making.
- Coordinating cross-functional communications and follow-ups.
- Handling ad-hoc tasks and requests to ensure smooth execution of priorities.
- Collaborate with the Partner Enablement team to support onboarding logistics for new partners.
- Schedule onboarding calls and training sessions and distribute welcome materials.
- Track onboarding progress and escalate delays or issues to the appropriate teams.
- Ensure partners are properly set up in internal systems and ready for activation.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, webinars, and presentations for the Business Development team.
- Help prepare materials for sales meetings, including agendas, slide decks, and follow-up documentation.
- Provide logistical support for trade shows, partner campaigns, and internal events.
- Support special projects and initiatives led by the VP of Sales or Business Development leadership.
- Other Duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales support, administrative coordination, or operations.
- Experience in fintech, merchant services, or SaaS is a plus.
- ETA CPP Certification, preferred.
- Experience in high-risk payment processing.
- Skills/Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable handling a variety of tasks and shifting priorities.
- Ability to change direction as priorities shift.

Pay Range: $24hr to $27hr This position is part time based in-office at our Calabasas, CA location.
