We are looking for a Sales Manager, with solid experience in the mass consumption sector, responsible for leading the commercial operation in the El Salvador and Honduras markets, growth of the assigned territory, execution of commercial strategies, and efficient management of investment and portfolio.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop sales in the assigned territory (El Salvador and Honduras).
  • Administer and strengthen the relationship with distributors, ensuring the fulfillment of objectives.
  • Execute commercial strategies in traditional and modern channels.
  • Negotiate with key clients to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Supervise and optimize the assigned commercial investment.
  • Perform account reconciliation, follow up on indicators, and manage the portfolio.

Requirements

  • Experience in similar positions in mass consumption sales.
  • Solid knowledge in the management and administration of distributors.
  • Experience in sales in traditional and modern channels.
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • Negotiation, analysis, and leadership skills.
  • Availability to travel within the region.
