The opportunity with McKinstry
We are adding an Account Executive to our growing Technical Services team in the Dallas, TX area. Are you a driven and highly motivated sales professional passionate about the built environment? We seek a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to join our team of high-performing sales professionals. In this role, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact the industry by offering consultative sales solutions to our clients in the built environment. We're looking for someone with proven sales success or someone who comes from the buyers' side in local government, K-12, higher education or healthcare, or finally someone who has technical expertise and looking to pivot into sales.
In this role, your day-to-day will consist of:
This role is part of a Technical South Sales team that has a work-hard, play-hard mentality. The team is a great combination of technical expertise, sales experience and passion for what we do. We are constantly helping each other improve individually and as a team. Our success and passion allow us to have a lot of fun during work and after. We also have a great support team of marketing professionals and sales support that enables our sales team to be out with more clients and prepared for each meeting. This support allows our sales team to maximize their production and increase annual compensation. As part of a small team, there will be many opportunities for career advancement as we grow together.

The pay range for this position is $83,025 - $126,825 per year plus sales commission; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
