We are looking for a dedicated and experienced sales professional to join our sales team in the DACH market from our Berlin office in a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- New Customer Acquisition & Consulting: You identify relevant brands and partners, build targeted new relationships, inspire for our services in social media and performance marketing – and lead them from first contact to contract conclusion. Holistic Sales Process: You independently manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to presentations, offer creation, contract negotiation, and closing.
- Building and Expanding Customer Relationships: You nurture and develop long-term partnerships with direct customers and agencies, recognize growth potentials, and actively drive customer retention.
- Strategic Customer Development: You develop individual, creative, or performance-oriented measures to make our customers successful in social media and creator marketing.
- Networking & Representation: You professionally appear at events, conferences, or customer meetings, convince decision-makers with expertise, and present our solutions clearly and effectively. Revenue Responsibility & Target Achievement: You work KPI-oriented and actively contribute to achieving our revenue goals according to forecasts and growth strategies.
- Market Observation & Trend Analysis: You continuously observe developments in digital marketing, especially in the social media and creator environment, and derive new potentials for products, sales, and communication from them.
Qualifications
- Experience in Digital Sales & Influencer Marketing: You have at least 4–5 years of professional experience in B2B sales – ideally in an agency, media, or adtech environment – and know the cooperation with brands in influencer or social media marketing from first hand.
- Strategic Understanding of Brand Communication: You know how companies use social media and creator marketing strategically to achieve strategic goals such as brand awareness, reach, or performance.
- Sales DNA & Customer Focus: Sales is your strength. You think solution-oriented, recognize customer needs quickly, and convince with passion, consulting strength, and closing orientation.
- Market & Platform Know-How: You bring a deep understanding of social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.), their advertising formats, and current industry trends with – and you use this knowledge strategically in sales.
- Successful Acquisition & Customer Retention: You have experience in active new customer acquisition as well as in the development of long-term customer relationships, including cross- and upselling potentials.
- Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: You appear confidently and sovereignly – whether in the pitch, in negotiations, or in customer consulting at C-level. You can convey complex topics clearly and convincingly.
- Entrepreneurial Thinking & Self-Responsibility: You work structured, independently, and recognize market opportunities early. Your way of working is characterized by engagement, ownership, and goal orientation.
- Language Skills: You have fluent German skills as well as very good English in spoken and written form.
