As a Government Sales Executive specializing in Patient Monitoring and Home Telehealth, you will be at the forefront of transforming care delivery within the US Federal Health System. In this pivotal role, you will champion cutting-edge solutions—from advanced Telehealth platforms like HealthCast™ Home to industry-leading technologies like Nellcor™ Pulse Oximetry, and Microstream™ Capnography. This position calls for a strategic, mission-driven sales professional adept at navigating complex procurement environments, building trusted relationships, and driving growth through impactful technology adoption across their aligned federal health customers.
This individual will be the primary person responsible for driving revenue generating sales in aligned US Federal Government accounts. Your primary responsibilities include accurately forecasting your business, owning customer relationships, understanding, and targeting customer product needs, contracting, and developing and executing the sales strategy around those opportunities.
This field-based role covers a broad territory in the Northeastern US including Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Washington, DC. This role includes at least 50% travel including overnight.

While this is a remote position not located at a physical Medtronic site, the candidate hired will be required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):65,000.00 to 75,000.00 The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others). In addition to Base Salary, this position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), which provides the opportunity to earn significant incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals.
