Sales Representative Endoscopy

Medtronic, a leader in medical technology, is looking for a dedicated Sales Representative Endoscopy for our team. The Sales Representative is responsible for the Baden-Württemberg region. Join a team that is changing the market. Make a difference – apply now! This position covers the Baden-Württemberg region. Ideally, your place of residence should be in this region. It is a remote position, meaning you will be in the field and at customers' locations. Meetings may require your presence at the Medtronic Office from time to time. For this position, there is a facility-related vaccination requirement. Therefore, full measles vaccination is a prerequisite for filling the open position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Sales and marketing of innovative products in the endoscopy sector
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, partners, and medical professionals
  • Market and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities
  • Organizing and conducting on-site training and product support
  • Active support in product launches, trade shows, and conferences
  • Achieving sales targets and promoting business growth

Required knowledge and experience:

  • Completed education or degree in medical, technical, or business-related fields
  • Experience in selling medical products, ideally with hospital experience
  • Structured, goal-oriented, and independent working style
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit, and enjoyment of customer contact
  • Excellent German and English language skills in writing and speaking
  • Technical understanding and IT affinity are advantageous
  • Willingness to travel and possession of a driver's license class B
