Als weltweit führendes Unternehmen in der Medizintechnik setzt Medtronic Maßstäbe für Innovation und Qualität.Für unser wachsendes Team suchen wir eine engagierte und ambitionierte Persönlichkeit als Sales Representative (m/w/d) Endoscopy.In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die Metropolregion Frankfurt Rhein-Main sowie das Saarland und gestalten aktiv den Ausbau unseres Markanteils in diesem Gebiet.Werden Sie Teil eines dynamischen Teams, das den medizinischen Fortschritt vorantreibt - und machen Sie den Unterschied.Der Schwerpunkt dieser Position liegt im Außendienst, ergänzt durch flexible Arbeitsmöglichkeiten im Home Office.Für diese Stelle besteht eine einrichtungsbezogene Impfpflicht. Aus diesem Grund ist eine vollständige Masernimpfung Voraussetzung für die Besetzung der offenen Position.

Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt:

• Aktiver Vertrieb sowie strategische Vermarktung innovativer Produkte im Bereich Endoscopy (Schwerpunkt Kapselendoskopie, Funktionsdiagnostik und KI-System GI Genius™)
• Aufbau, Pflege und nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen - insbesondere zu klinischen Steakholdern und Vertriebspartnern
• Planung und Umsetzung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Identifikation neuer Geschäftspotentiale
• Konzeption und Durchführung von Produktschulungen sowie Trainings für unsere Kunden
• Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Messen, Kongressen und Fortbildungsveranstaltungen
• Systematische Erfassung und Weitergabe von Kundenfeedback zur kontinuierlichen Produkt- und Prozessverbesserung.

Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Medizintechnik, Gesundheitsmanagement, Biotechnologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Vertrieb medizinischer Produkte, idealerweise im klinischen Umfeld
• Hohe Kundenorientierung, Eigeninitiative und unternehmerisches Denken
• Deutsch fließend, Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift
• Technisches Verständnis und IT-Affinität
• Kommunikationsstärke und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität
