A Day in the Life

This role is responsible for driving sales and promoting Medtronic's surgical solutions including sutures, the Truclear hysteroscopy system, hernia products, and surgical instruments across the Pomeranian, Kuyavian-Pomeranian, and Warmian-Masurian regions. The position focuses on building long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals, identifying customer needs, delivering product education, and implementing effective market strategies. The ideal candidate has at least three years of sales experience (preferably in medical devices), excels in communication and presentation, and thrives under pressure while delivering innovative, customer-focused solutions that support Medtronic's mission to improve patient outcomes and advance medical technology.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within Pomeranian, Kuyavian-Pomeranian, and Warmian-Masurian Voivodeships, focusing on surgical sutures, Truclear hysteroscopy system, hernia products, access & instruments.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and administrative stakeholders.
  • Identify customer needs, pursue leads, and provide solutions to maximize the benefits of Medtronic's offerings.
  • Deliver educational sessions on the company's products and services.
  • Conduct market research, including competitor analysis.
  • Implement and adapt market development plans and strategies.
  • Provide customer feedback on products and applications to internal stakeholders, including Operations and Marketing.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (experience in the medical devices industry is a strong asset).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English at a communicative level.
  • High resilience and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to clearly convey information.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, demonstrating creativity and resourcefulness.
