A Day in the Life

Supports sales organization in consignment management, FCA handling, product registration/invoicing follow-up, as well as other administrative support initiatives to maximize revenue and compliance, developing processes, follow-ups, mechanisms and reporting to monitor same. Works with Sales teams and leaders on resolutions to complex order issues, while monitoring to ensure that all are cleared in a timely manner. Works with field and inventory teams to establish appropriate consignment levels, to maximize investment. Develops and monitors tracking mechanisms for all areas supported, with active input/influence on process design.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Maintains on-line sales and marketing system, verifying the accuracy of the data and acting as liaison with information technology in identifying and resolving problems.
  • Assists sales, marketing managers, field area managers, and support staff in accessing sales and marketing information.
  • Responsible for reporting complaints and Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR)
  • Identifies, executes and provides recommendations on areas of opportunity related to revenue recognition (Registered not invoiced, other order blocks) working with partners in CS and field.
  • Monitors and manages follow-up for expired/expiring product, to avoid expiry in the field and maximize revenue.
  • Monitors and manages consignment inventory levels to maximize ROI, including recommendations to the field to ensure effectiveness.
  • Monitors and follows up on outstanding FCA activity, coordinating with field team members to maintain compliance.
  • Establishes reporting mechanisms, follow-up and strong process/system development/input to maximize the areas of support for the sales teams.
  • Recommends, develops and implements processes to ensure compliance is maintained at all times in all areas of responsibility.

Salary Range: $52,400 - $65,500
