Sales Representative – Peripheral Vascular Surgery

A Day in the Life

As a Sales Representative – peripheral vascular surgery, you will be responsible for driving sales and market growth within one of the most advanced and rapidly developing areas of vascular surgery. You will represent a portfolio of endovascular products, including stents, balloon catheters, atherectomy systems, distal protection devices, and embolization technologies. You will actively collaborate with vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, providing both commercial and technical support to ensure successful product adoption and optimal patient outcomes. Your area of coverage will include selected regions of Poland, with preference for candidates located in Poznan.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Managing and developing relationships with key customers in the vascular and interventional community.
  • Providing technical and clinical support during endovascular procedures in operating rooms and cath labs.
  • Organizing product demonstrations, workshops, and physician training sessions.
  • Preparing and managing commercial offers, tender submissions, and hospital negotiations.
  • Monitoring market dynamics and competitor activities.
  • Ensuring strong brand and company representation within assigned territory.
  • Attending medical congresses, conferences, and customer events.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including clinical specialists, marketing, and service teams.
  • Effectively managing sales planning, reporting, and forecasting within assigned territory.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales of medical devices, preferably in vascular, interventional, or cardiovascular fields.
  • Experience in selling medical equipment and experience in hospital tender processes.
  • Fluent Polish and English, written and spoken.
  • Experience working in operating room or Cath-lab environments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Full driving license (B category) and readiness for frequent travel within assigned territory.
  • High motivation, independence, and results-oriented mindset.

Good understanding of peripheral vascular disease and endovascular treatment techniques, experience in working directly with vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, and angiologists and ability to interpret and discuss clinical data supporting endovascular technologies is desirable.
