The position will be located in Mexico City in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities may include the following and other tasks may be assigned:

• Promotes and sells Medtronic products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals.
• Responsible for identifying potential customers, evaluating needs, and providing product services to maximize benefits derived from Medtronic products and/or services.
• Promotes and establishes education of the company’s products and/or services.
• Conducts market research, including customer and competitor activities.
• Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
• Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications of existing products or applications to internal stakeholders, including R&D, Operations, and Marketing.

Minimum requirements needed:

• University degree completed (with degree and ID released)
• Advanced English
• 5 years of experience in sales, product launch, generation, and development of marketing strategies.
• Numerical skills in database (forecast analysis)
• Experience in portfolios of medical devices in Endoscopy & Bariatrics would be an advantage.
