Client Relationship Lead (CRL) – Federal Practice

Our client is seeking a Client Relationship Lead (CRL) to help expand their federal practice by managing existing contracts and driving new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building lasting client partnerships while also opening new doors across the federal market.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and grow assigned federal accounts, ensuring top-tier delivery and client satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with program managers, CORs, and hiring leaders.
• Drive headcount and revenue growth within existing contracts.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities across agencies and contractors.
• Collaborate with BD, recruiting, and delivery teams to win and execute federal programs.
• Represent client needs internally to ensure long-term success.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years in federal staffing, consulting, or delivery leadership.
• Experience managing federal accounts and leading program performance.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and staffing models.
• Strong communication and client engagement skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; leadership experience preferred.

Compensation: Base salary of 70k-100k plus commission.
