This is a high-visibility opportunity to join a respected company with strong leadership, a loyal client base, and the resources to support your professional growth. What You'll Do:

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within target industries.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Partner with recruiting teams to deliver tailored workforce solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to showcase company capabilities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and consistent outreach.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven track record of business development success in staffing or workforce solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated, relationship-focused, and goal-oriented.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Carlsbad, CA (Monday–Friday) with regular visits to existing and prospective clients.
