Base: $80K–$100K + Uncapped Commission

Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite if near office)

About the Opportunity

Join a fast-growing Life Sciences staffing startup backed by a 30+ year industry leader. You'll work directly with tenured sales and recruiting pros to grow a national book of business in biotech, pharma, and med-device.

• Drive new business across pharma, biotech & med-device clients.
• Sell contract, direct hire, and SOW staffing solutions nationwide.
• Partner with experienced recruiters to deliver top scientific talent.
• Represent the company at targeted networking events.

What You Bring

• Minimum 3+ yrs proven success in Life Sciences or Scientific staffing (Business Development, full desk/360, or Account Management).
• Track record selling SOW or staffing solutions in the scientific space.
• True hunter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Confident communicator with scientific & technical stakeholders.
• Eastern Time Zone required; Philadelphia area preferred.
