Location: Eastern U.S. (Philadelphia, PA preferred) Base: $80K–$100K + Uncapped Commission Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite if near office)

What You'll Do

• Drive new business across pharma, biotech & med-device clients.
• Sell contract, direct hire, and SOW staffing solutions nationwide.
• Partner with experienced recruiters to deliver top scientific talent.
• Represent the company at targeted networking events.

What You Bring

• Minimum 3+ yrs proven success in Life Sciences or Scientific staffing Sales.
• True hunter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Confident communicator with scientific & technical stakeholders.
• Eastern Time Zone required; Philadelphia area preferred.
