✨ About The Role
- Responsible for identifying accounts with the biggest potential to drive business outcomes in the oncology field
- Develop field-based customer and patient journey strategies, account plans, and value-based offerings
- Build a network of key decision-makers and collaborate with government officials and medical professional organizations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop omnichannel projects and materials aligned with brand strategy
- Ensure access in price-sensitive accounts and monitor KPIs based on the tracking plan
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced Sales Representative with a certification for Austria and a strong scientific background in the disease area
- Skilled in strategic thinking, negotiation, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to travel extensively throughout Austria and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in using electronic tools, MS Office, Veeva, and Salesforce
- Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills
