Sales Manager Position

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing all activities related to the sales process of the Small Animals unit. This position plays a fundamental role in developing and executing effective strategies to achieve sales objectives and increase market share. The Sales Manager will report directly to the director of the business unit and will work closely with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales objectives and growth established by the company, considering short, medium, and long-term.

Supervise and motivate a team of sales professionals. Develop talent and ensure that their team maintains updated priorities and development plans.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners to identify business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

Analyze market trends and sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and promotional campaigns that drive lead generation and sales closures.

Manage the sales process from start to finish, including prospecting and qualifying potential clients, closing negotiations, and post-sale follow-up.

Prepare periodic sales reports for management, including sales analysis, projections, and recommendations.

Stay abreast of industry best practices and market trends to ensure the company's competitiveness.

Be responsible for the achievement of the established KPIs regarding the management and use of CRM (MAXX).

Monitor and manage the demand forecast in collaboration with the supply area.

Prepare and update sales projections of the budget and the respective rolling forecast in collaboration with Marketing and the Management of the unit.

Requirements:

Availability to travel (50%)

Previous demonstrated experience in sales, with at least 4 years of experience in leadership roles in sales, preferably in small animals.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and direct teams towards achieving common goals.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies in a competitive environment.

Deep knowledge of the sales cycle and experience in implementing sales management processes and tools (CRM).

Results-oriented, with an analytical mindset for tracking and evaluating sales performance.
