Optimization Specialist For Oncology Products

Maximize the conversion of healthcare professionals and decision-makers through strategic optimization of information and product evaluation, facilitating the adoption and responsible prescription of oncology medications.

Functions:

  • Map and analyze the stakeholders' journey: Identify and understand the key stages that healthcare professionals and other decision-makers (hospitals, insurers) go through from first contact to prescription or purchase.
  • Detect friction and abandonment points: Use data and feedback to find barriers in the product evaluation and adoption process, such as doubts about efficacy, costs, or regulatory processes.
  • Optimize materials and communication channels: Ensure that scientific, commercial, and regulatory information reaches doctors, pharmacists, hospital administrators, and other stakeholders clearly, accurately, and attractively.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: Work with marketing, medical, sales, regulatory, and legal to ensure that strategies are effective and comply with regulations.
  • Monitor and report key metrics: Measure the performance of the funnel (conversion rate, decision time, engagement) and generate reports for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance: Monitor that all actions and contents respect local and international regulations applicable to pharmaceutical promotion.
  • Lead and manage projects: Plan, organize, and follow up on optimization projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality.
  • Contribution to strategic company objectives: Align the optimization funnel initiatives with the company's commercial and growth objectives, define clear and measurable KPIs that directly contribute to revenue, acquisition, retention, and stakeholder satisfaction goals.

Requirements:

  • Professional in Marketing, Administration, Social Communication, among others.
  • Professional experience of at least 1 year in administrative positions, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Office skills
  • Intermediate to advanced English
  • Assertive communication, time management, execution, strategic planning
