Our Oncology Sales Team Leader inspires, supports, and leads a group of colleagues interacting face to face with our customers. She/he strives to understand the customers' needs and coordinates omnichannel efforts across a defined geographic area to support and grow our customer centric business model. The Oncology Sales Team Leader reports to the relevant Franchise Manager.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Leading the Sales Team in a respective Franchise
  • Fostering a psychologically safe environment whilst not compromising on performance
  • Orchestrating omnichannel effort across the entire territory in close cooperation with Marketing and Medical functions
  • Ensuring marketing strategy is properly implemented across all supervised territories
  • Developing and implementing territory activity plans to ensure achieving goals, regularly revising activities against achievement and market conditions
  • Building and maintaining effective working relationships
  • Contributing to marketing and planning processes
  • Ensuring the team activities are properly tracked in the CRM system to inform marketing strategies and tactics
  • Regularly analyzing CRM data to support omnichannel planning, liaising with the Digital team to ensure data-driven decision making
  • Maintaining top level of product knowledge and ensuring the supervised team does so, as well as a broader understanding of the market
  • Ensuring effective communication across sales, marketing, and all other relevant teams
  • Ensuring the highest level of integrity in the territory
