- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a complex sales environment, both individually and in a leadership role
- Experience in hiring, leading, and retaining high-performing Account Executives while fostering a collaborative culture
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to learn technical concepts and terms, with a technical background in engineering or computer science being a plus
- Strong collaboration, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills to develop working relationships at all levels of management
