Summary of the role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Director to join our leadership team. In this role, you will lead a team of Account Executives focused on driving growth within defined territories. Your leadership will ensure strategic territory planning, execution of a clear go-to-market strategy, and strong alignment with internal teams to deliver customer success and revenue impact.

The ideal candidate brings a proven record of success in B2B SaaS sales leadership, thrives in dynamic environments, and has a passion for building and coaching high-performing teams.

What you will be doing/Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Leading and developing a team of Account Executives to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Driving adoption of M-Files' sales framework, emphasizing solution-based selling strategies.
  • Partnering with People & Culture on recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of your team.
  • Building and executing territory plans that align resources with opportunity potential.
  • Overseeing pipeline management and forecasting, ensuring accuracy within CRM systems.
  • Collaborating with Marketing to align campaigns to territory and solution needs.
  • Supporting your team in navigating complex enterprise sales cycles, including proposals, pricing, and negotiations.
  • Providing feedback to senior leadership and Product teams on market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Fostering collaboration with Customer Success and Professional Services to maximize account growth and long-term success.
