Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will focus on candidate and client generation. Your day-to-day will be dynamic, rewarding, and growth oriented. You'll:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector
  • Build and manage a portfolio of clients and candidates, nurturing long-term relationships
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, crafting tailored hiring solutions that drive their business forward
  • Source, screen, and interview top-tier talent using leading recruitment tools and platforms
  • Guide candidates through the hiring process - from initial contact to offer acceptance
  • Pitch proposals and negotiate commercial terms with confidence and professionalism
  • Collaborate with your team to meet transparent performance goals and unlock career progression

The Successful Applicant

We're seeking driven professionals who thrive in fast-paced, people-centric environments. Our ideal candidate will bring:

  • 2+ years in B2B sales, ideally in 360/full desk recruitment sales
  • Proven experience in prospecting and closing deals, required
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and sales tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and job boards)
  • A competitive spirit and a track record of exceeding targets
  • Adaptability, curiosity, and a coachable mindset
