Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and outreach.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.

Track and report on sales activities using CRM tools.

Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Support contract negotiations and close deals in alignment with company policies.

A successful Business Development Representative should have:

  • A proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Experience in sales or a related field, with a focus on business development.
  • A strong understanding of the business services industry and its trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
