Job Description

Prepare, review, and manage legal documents related to sales and trading transactions. Assist with regulatory filings and compliance-related tasks. Maintain and organize legal records, contracts, and other pertinent documentation. Provide support to attorneys in drafting and editing agreements. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects. Monitor and update legal databases and systems for accuracy and completeness. Conduct legal research as needed to support the department's activities. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for leadership.
